Hi! I’m Aman.

I’m a fitness enthusiast and I believe that anyone who takes their training and nutrition seriously can build the body of their dreams, just like I did. I’m also a sales and marketing professional who started this blog to help people like me who want to learn how to build a better physique while working a 9-5 job.

Over the years I have gained extensive knowledge through trial and error for building the ideal male physique with consistency, systems, and practices that give outstanding results. I want to help you get in shape and build a strong body while achieving all your fitness goals as quickly and painlessly as possible.

A Little Story About My Fitness Life

Growing up, I was an underweight, skinny kid who used to get motivated watching fitness icons working hard in the gym building muscle. I always used to dream of getting there one day and being able to see myself as a healthy and fit individual with a ripped, athletic body.

As a beginner, it frustrated me thinking about doing all the hard work and having to workout at all which seemed like a lot initially but as I gained more experience and started to see results, my confidence went over the roof and I fell in love with the whole process of bodybuilding.

By the time I started college, I leveraged my knowledge to build custom workout programs and nutrition plans to get the results I always desired. I started building muscle, gained more confidence.

With the knowledge I gained from reading numerous books on fitness, training, and watching YouTube videos, I started hitting the gym from an early age and would always look forward to my fitness sessions enthusiastically. I have been training and learning regularly ever since. I was raised with core values, being honest, working hard, and always following my dreams. All of those things led me to where I am today.

As you know, most men want to gain muscle, look good, and feel good about themselves to create a masculine identity for either functional or aesthetic reasons.

So how do you get that perfect physique without wasting time following the wrong strategies in an increasingly over-communicative world with an unending overflow of information? Well, it takes a plan and there are certain time-tested nutrition and training principles that always work.

I literally used to spend hours in the gym experimenting with exercises and at home with nutrition to scratch my own itch. I bought just about every product and every manual made to help me improve my craft. I follow the stories and lives of fitness icons like Steve Cook, Jeff Cavaliere (Athlean-X), Rob Riches, Scott Herman, Mike Matthews, and many more.

These people made me realize that anything could be overcome with a good work ethic, hard work, and perseverance that can truly lead to your success in fitness, just as it can with anything in life.

Fast forward to today, I now live and work in the ‘Land Of Smiles’, Thailand from where I have started this new journey of helping ordinary men from all walks of life get extraordinary results with their physiques through the right guidance and know-how which I will be sharing on my website.

Physiqueness is dedicated to focusing on unique and proven fitness strategies to gain muscle for building the ideal male physique. On this website, I will openly and passionately share all of the very best concepts, strategies, and resources that I continue to discover that have made a measurable difference to my quality of life and will for you as well.

Over the years, I learned a lot about weight training, bodybuilding, muscular hypertrophy, and approaches to achieving your dream physique without sacrificing your favorite foods or spending endless hours in the gym.

One crucial thing I learned about fitness is that working out and being in shape is a lifestyle. If you approach your physique and health like this, you will have a much easier time getting into shape and staying in shape.

My goal here is to offer people an insight into many of these as well as provide you with the updated tips and techniques that the real pros are using these days. You do not have to reinvent the wheel to find success. Everything concerning fitness and training has already been done by the pros and is the information is out there for everyone to see and learn from.

I always wanted to give something back to the community so I decided to share what I have learned for more than a decade in the fitness industry to help both beginners and experienced lifters to help them progress faster and use the right methods and techniques for building the best male physiques.

I realize that there isn’t a guy around in the gym that wouldn’t want to have a bigger, stronger, and leaner physique which would make them look & feel the best they have ever in their whole life.

I care about everyone who struggles with their health and fitness and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy and achieve their desired outcomes. I desire to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
